Pioneer Power Fitness Camps

Our two adult fitness camps are designed to create an enjoyable, hardworking, inclusive environment that will enhance overall fitness performance levels of all fitness levels. Each class will be physically and mentally demanding for 60 minutes. Of course a proper warm-up and cool-down will always be provided!

Barbell Power Hour
January 25 – February 22, 2020
Saturday Mornings (8:00-9:00am)
Age: 18 & Older
Location: Lewis & Clark College

Cost: $75 (5 fitness classes)
Single Class Drop-In Fee: $20

Barbell Power Hour will focus on the following areas of performance:

  • Strength via basic and advanced resistance training movements
  • Speed via running, cutting, and agility techniques
  • Explosiveness via jump training and plyometrics

Every workout will finish with a high intensity metabolic circuit!

  • Endurance via basic cardiovascular movements
  • Strength via basic bodyweight and light weight resistance movements

Every workout will consist of full body circuits that will provide constant movement!
